Welcome to our practice! As a registered dental hygienist, I keep patients’ teeth clean and healthy. At North Shore Orthodontics, I’m involved with hygiene, consultation records, bandings, repair, and home care. I also educate patients and parents, do lab work and order supplies. I love knowing a patient has had a wonderful experience and is educated on a treatment plan. I have made many new friends through the years from my working environment. I’ve been involved in orthodontics my whole life. I have been with the practice since 2006. I am married and have two college graduate daughters, one stepson, and a spoiled dog. I love spending summertime at my upstate cabin with my family and friends.
Hi there! As treatment coordinator, I am responsible for taking all new patient calls to discuss treatment and finances during their consultation. I love working with new patients and helping them through the process of starting treatment. I have been working here for 14 years and love what I do. I have three amazing sons and two awesome dogs.
I’ve worked as the insurance coordinator at the practice since 2001 and handle other financial matters. I help families get as much insurance coverage as possible to ease their burden. I love the sense of accomplishment I feel knowing that I’ve helped out our patients and their families. I enjoy working here because all my colleagues and I share friendship and laughter. There’s great satisfaction in working together towards a goal. My husband and I have nine precious grandchildren. I am happily a cancer survivor.
My children were patients of Dr. Craig, so why not come back and work for him? I am the receptionist and love what I do. I consider myself a people person and love to multitask. I love helping and seeing our patients progress and getting to know them, especially the children in the practice. I’m a mom of three wonderful young men, ages 25, 22 and 20. Of course, I have to mention that I am in love with my 2 very large dogs. I love coming to work every day, as I feel so lucky to work with all of these great people. We all get along so well and have a great sense of humor. We work as a team, and I believe the patients would agree.
I am an orthodontic assistant, which means I prepare for patients getting impressions made, braces put on, and other procedures. I greet patients and try to make them feel as comfortable as I can. I love getting to know my patients and hear what’s going on in their lives. Even more, I love seeing them smile once their treatment is complete. It’s also great working here because my colleagues are like family to me. I have four children and enjoy writing and going to the beach in my spare time.
I had a great experience at North Shore Orthodontics as Dr.Craig’s patient, so it’s no surprise I wanted to join the team. I work as an assistant and love interacting with the public. It’s wonderful when patients are done with treatment, and they have a beautiful smile. I attended cosmetology school and also have an associates degree from Suffolk Community College. My two sisters and I grew up in this community, and I love the summertime and going to the beach.
